大家平心静气的想一想,我们现在这样的工作模式跟那些长期在外面建筑工地的农民工有什么区别,我们难道甘心当一辈子”农民工”吗?难道你的家人永远在遥远的地方等着你回来?
If we think about this seriously and sensibly, the current way we work is not that different from that of those migrant construction workers. Do we want to be these migrant workers for the rest of our lives, with our families constantly waiting for us to return home?
做为世界五百强的公司,我们希望通过对现有的运营模式改变,给员工提供的是一个从“建筑工人”到“设计师”到“大师”的改变过程。把那些需要简单劳动力的工作外包给那些专业从事简单建筑工作的公司。所以宇信这一类公司只是我们生态链中的一部分,我们希望他们能承担起“专业建筑队”的工作,而能让我们的员工腾出手来学习新的知识、产品、技术、解决方案。。。。。。,还有更多更重要的工作需要我们自己的员工去做。不然作为一个公司的领导者有谁会放着自己优秀的员工不用而去使用别的人呢?当然你们作为行业的佼佼者也不是轻易就能替代的。
As a Fortune 500 company, we hope to offer employees the way to develop from a ‘migrant worker’, to an ‘architect’, then to a ‘master’, by changing the way we currently operate our business. Hence we outsource the part of work that only requires simple labor to companies committed to simple labor kind of work. That is why companies like Yucheng is only one part of our ecological chain, whom, we hope, will take the work of the ‘construction worker team’, so as to let our employees have time to acquire new knowledge, products, technology, and solutions……there is a lot more work with higher importance for our employees to cover. Otherwise which company would give up its own best employees and hire people from elsewhere? Of course as the best talent in the industry, your positions are not replaceable.

我怎么感觉这里面有歧视的成分,歧视我们自己还是在歧视我们的同行.......难道所谓的大师就比农民工高一等,我们都是靠自己的本事吃饭的......
