Experienced in Banking Projects
Basic SOW:
Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.Work with cross-functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options.Gather facts (through research, interviewing, surveys, etc.), analyze the client's business, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.Scope and create functional/application architectures
Basic Requirements:
Experience in the areas of Process re-engineering or process design, Develop business requirement specifications; Gap analysisExperience and strong knowledge in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC):requirements definition/gathering, application design and development functional testing. Exposure to product implementations teams or solution roadmap teams to detailing business requirements, working with product development teams across development life cycle stages – estimation, requirements detailing, functional specification, system testing.Functional expertise in the areas of Requirement gathering, Building test scenarios and testing will be ideal.
Core Skills to Payment and CRM
Payment: Experiencein following Banking/Enterprise functions - High Value Low Value Payment, Cash Management, Liqudation, Supply Chain Finance
Banking/Insurance CRMExperiencein following Banking/Insurance functions– Customer Relationship Management, Marketing,Distribution and Sales, Channel Management, Product Management, CustomerExperience, Segmentation, Customer Service
Experience required:
2-4 years of experience
English as working lanague: average
Location: BJ, SH, GZ (if GZ, 要求广东话)
2~4年的经验恐怕镇不住甲方的
前阵子碰到一个顾问经理,碰巧也是lz单位出来的,这个圈子qualified人基本上就那么多,平时就几家换来换去
做信用卡的人相对好找一点
能做好CRM,客户关系方面的,特别是现在流行统一客户视图方面的咨询的,不容易找
