Experience: 3 to 5 years consulting experience in banking BPR consultant, participating in one of following BPR banking projects in ICBC, CCB, BOC, ABC, MinSheng Bank, China Merchant Bank, Shanghai Pufa development bank, Shen Zhen Development Bank (Ping An bank). China delivery experience mandatory, Int’l expertise preferred. Previous consulting experience in one of the following companies like IBM, Accenture, E Y, PWC, HP, INNOFI(正信嘉华)is mandatory.
Functional Focus: Experienced in process and transformational driven projects/programs. All aspects of proposal generation and project management including project planning, staffing estimation, staff selection, project governance reporting, client relationship management (all stakeholder levels, esp sr. exec/CXO level), risk issue management,   
Experience: 7 years banking process or solution architect experience from local core banking software with less management consulting background. 不过，看着不太靠谱。楼主，得罪了。
LZ列出来的做BPR咨询的的那几家外企，不是一个水平段上的。
还有，又列出几家国内的公司。
怎么着，外企firm的咨询忽悠，国内公司的软件架构？ 不搭呀。
