This experienced professional role advises their customer on industry-specific operational, technical and business solutions involving existing and new applications. This role may also advise on packaged application solution implementation and be an expert on functional or technical modules/features for packaged applications. This role helps guide and teach their customers' project members. 2-5 years of experience in mortgage/consumer lending and service operations in addition to experience with leading platform vendors such as Gallagher, GHR or MortgageFlex. Prior consulting experience, internal or external and work experience, as a consultant or employee, with top 25 bands/lenders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
