Responsibilities
Design, code and test program modules that meet design specifications.
Maintain, tune and repair applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications; perform preventive maintenance activities; provide user support.
Create test scripts; execute and document the tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements.
Contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
Assist in identifying configuration changes to applications so that they meet business process requirements.
Assist in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology.
Qualifications
BS degree or above in computer Science or related engineering fields
At least one year technology develop experience
Professional development experience in JAVA/J2EE and Web services Supporting Technologies (Eclipse, Tomcat, IBM Websphere etc.)
Solid knowledge in UNIX environment and commands, prefer either Solaris or AIX system
Good working knowledge in DB2 or other relational database
Experience in MQ and DB2e is a plus
Good English skills at work (reading and writing)
Experience in Insurance Industry, Capital Market, Banking will be preferred
